Our team is constantly striving to bring uniqueness in life. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return or replace the product for any reason, we’ll be happy to assist. Read the following return regulations to ensure you face no inconvenience in the process while our team makes it as easy as the whole buying experience-
We’re all human and faulty; if you receive a damaged product, we will be comfortable replacing or refunding it.
Please notify us via email (sales@ecocottage.in)  about the issue within the first seven days of receiving the product to help us solve the problem swiftly. Also, keep the product picture and reason for a replacement or return handy for our convenience.
No two products at Eco Cottage are the same since each one is handmade. However, in this case, if the size is not true to yours, we’d ask the artists to modify it better and send it back to you.
Please ensure that the product is intact and not used- for our convenience and yours.
After verifying the mentioned points, the purchase amount will be credited to respective Bank account.
