Delivery Policy

  • We deliver across Karnataka.
  • Upon the completion of order placement, you will receive an email on order confirmation.
  • Please contact our helpdesk at sales@ecocottage.in or at +91 99451 71115 if you haven’t received an email confirmation.
  • Delivery charges Applicable.
  • Shipping timelines: Ready-to-dispatch in karnataka, within 5-7 days from date of order
  • Delivery time is also dependent on our courier partner. However we do make sure to partner up only with the most reputed messengers who provide live tracking for all the shipped out orders.
  • You can login to your account on our website and track your order status. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking ID. This can be used on the courier service provider’s website to track the shipment. In case, you are having any trouble receiving any updates on the order, get in touch with our customer care at sales@ecocottage.in or give a ring to +91 99451 71115.
  • We accept cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order. For cancellations, please contact Customer Care prior to the dispatch of your order. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request. Please bear in mind that custom orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled.
